Postage options will be available at the checkout.
If you select 'Standard Shipping UK', you will be charged a £2 flat rate for postage and we will cover the remainder of the postage cost. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post and you will receive an email notification once your order has been posted, detailing your proof of postage code, if applicable - this will not allow you to track the order but will update once delivery has been attempted or has been successful.
In the unlikely event that your order gets lost in the post, we can provide a full refund after 10 working days have passed (as per Royal Mail policy).
If you select 'Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class', you will receive an email notification once your order has been posted, detailing your tracking number. If you live in the 7km radius of our shop, we offer a hand delivery service for £1.50. We will send you an email once your order is ready, to arrange a delivery time and date.
If you want to collect your order from our shop in Billericay, you are able to do so free of charge by selecting 'Collection' at the checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming you are able to collect and can do so at anytime during our opening hours (please see opening hours on Google or in the 'Contact' section of the website).
All of our orders are dispatched within 5 working days, subject to availability. Dispatch times are significantly reduced if the item is in stock and does not require personalisation.
